Within this position of a Multi-Skilled Operator, employees are on a 2 year pay scale ramp period where they are eligible for up to $.75 every six months until the completion of the two year ramp. Following the 2 year ramp period, employees are eligible to receive an annual review.
We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Operator within Urethane and Wire Cloth to join our team on 1st Shift. Job Summary
Safely and efficiently operates industrial equipment by performing industrial processes to produce and assemble product that match company specifications to meet or exceed customer quality expectations.
