Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the IT and/or Staffing industry and will be responsible for managing relationships with existing State and Local government clients, pursuing new clients for our company and achieving a growth in revenue. The person will lead the effort to plan and execute sales and business development strategies to maintain our current customer base and generate new revenue for the company.

We are looking for an innovative Account Executive who can quickly build relationships and has both a willingness to work hard and a desire to help the company succeed. The role will collaborate with internal teams including Technology teams, Recruiters, Human Resources and Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for discovering and growing large state, local, and federal government accounts
  • Proactively create and develop relationships with key stakeholders in State and Local Governments
  • End-to-end sales – from lead generation, to quote, to closing the sale, to post-sale support
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales forecasting
  • Provide account analysis to determine up-sell and renewal.
  • Supervise and resolve customer issues.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Sales / Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the government contractor procurement lifecycle
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer-facing sales experience to State and Local governments
  • Relevant experience working in an IT staffing or high-tech consulting company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a blend of business insight and technical aptitude
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Passionate about technology and excited about selling leading-edge products in a fast-paced environment
