Current valid Florida driver's license. Complete operations reports and balance cash deposits at end of shift. High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of COBOL is a plus.

Manage and answer heavy volume of incoming calls, direct to appropriate person. Outbound when no incoming calls, and to fill the schedule as needed.
