Your role as an Accounting Analyst is an important one. You will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, and making recommendations based off of the financial data about all company activities to assist management in making educated economic decisions about the company’s future. You will also be responsible for financial reporting subject to GAAP.

Every day presents new opportunities, but your main objectives will be to:

• 
  Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information
• Assist with daily banking requirements
• Assist with daily A/P and A/R transactions
• Ensure monthly accruals are entered
• Respond to inquiries from the VP/GM, Sales, and other finance and managers regarding financial results and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Collaborate with finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
• Ensure monthly bank reconciliation activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner

You will hold an associate degree in business with a financial/accounting major, or equivalent experience within a manufacturing environment.
