Summary

Responsible for recording and tracking customer payments. Assist in the invoicing process, collections and preparing reports.

Essential Functions

1. Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions into Wide Orbit.

2. Assist in the invoicing process and Co-op handling

3. Assist with the uploading of files to the FCC Public Files and special projects as needed.

Required Education and Experience

1. 1 year Accounting, Accounts Receivable experience a plus

2. Spanish speaking a plus
