In addition to this the company operates an independent ecommerce platform selling powersports parts, accessories and apparel directly to consumers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organied Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our accounting department with tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying and coding invoices and preparing checks or electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements.
• Record customer and vendor payments and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts.
• Other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred. However, an enquvialent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered as well.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Miscrosoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
