NBOA Accounting Associate

Accounting Associate position for national insurance agency. Applied Epic experience preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel and Access. Quickbooks experience required.

Accounting Associate / Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• A/P, A/R
• bank reconciliations
• downloading and paying company statements
• applying and depositing daily credit card and check payments
• processing return premiums to customers
• downloading and processing company American Express and Visa credit card statements
• generating reports for Executive Staff as needed
• working closely with CSRs and management to ensure Company finances are in order
