The hourly rate for this position is $23.00.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance in RFMS banking system
- Run reports in RFMS and analyze data
- Monitor status of incoming deposits for SSA
- Filling out SSA representative payee reports
- Manage resident accounts in RFMS
- Obtaining appropriate approval prior to processing invoices/requests
- Send monthly invoices to guardians
- Correspond with SSA and Medicaid to rectify issues
- Daily cash deposit through Panini
- Daily mail distribution
- Billing, general ledger posting to accounting software
- Assist in preparation of annual Audit
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
Associates Degree
1-3 years experience
Computer skills, accounting knowledge, organization skills
