Premiere Staffing is currently looking for an Accounting Supervisor in the Bloomfield, CT area for a direct hire position.

Monday-Friday 7am-8 to 4-5pm (flexible start time)

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience

Full time permanent salaried position

Job Description

· Oversee AP, A/R, Payroll & Cash Management

· Job Set Up – assign job numbers and compile all information needed to complete the job file

· Prepare weekly job schedules – there are 40-50 jobs a week

· Prepare new contracts- match the proposal in the system and order job specific Certificate of insurance – for review by others

· Order and maintain all Certificate of Insurance

· Prepare all bids, complete the paperwork, mail the bid and follow up on bid results

· Maintain Equipment files

· Bank Reconciliations

· File sales and use tax monthly

· File quarterly payroll tax returns

· Renew yearly State Pre-qualifications

· Administrative support for owners and general manager including financial reporting

Qualifications

· Sage 300 Construction (Timberline) experience preferred

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Construction industries experience preferred

· Accounting knowledge

· Hands-on self-starter with the ability to work independently in a small company environment

Education

· Associates degree in Accounting/Business, 2-4 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounting.
