About our client:

Pay

• $50,000.00-$60,000.00/year

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily transactions (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations)
• Manage small accounting department
• Participating in tax audits and payroll
• Preparing budget reports
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company's targets
• Ensure compliance with the law

Job requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Knowledge of employee relationship-building and performance-management techniques
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
• Clean background check and acceptable work/character references Pre-employment and random drug testing
