Part-time position, 24 hours a week, M,W,F 8am to 5pm

In office, no remote work

We are looking for someone who will work in the background to make sure things run smoothly. Various tasks include bookkeeping, creating/updating reports and organize files. Someone who enjoys working in a small team office construction environment with long standing employees

Basic Knowledge of Accounting Principles – must be able to understand the flow of transactions through an accounting process using debits and credits.

This person should have hands on experience with QuickBooks and must be comfortable performing daily duties with limited assistance in A/P and A/R. Assist in preparing monthly/yearly Financial Reports.

Including working with Outside CPA for Annual Tax Filings

Prepare weekly current position cash reports, and submit reports for review.

Must know how to use Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook – experience in creating computerized spreadsheets and reports.

Must know how to type and 10-key skills

Filing current and past documents, a plus to be able to organize for storage

Also will be a backup for front desk/receptionist and Sales Support. To include answering phones, typing sales quotes and invoices.

Must be able to pass a background check upon offer of employment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
