ACCOUNTS DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE

SINGH & SINGH Distribution, NJ are looking for full time Accounts Data Entry office associate. They need someone who can work independently and with other office team to ensure constant workflow.

Duties consist of:

• Prepare and update inventory database in Quick Books .
• Pulling basic reports from Quick Book in terms of Inventory & sales.
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records when advised.
• Prepare docs as assigned, in day to day working.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Filing / paper management.
• Multi-tasking
• Time management
• Keen attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge Microsoft suite ( Outlook/word & excel).
• Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge of Quick Books.
• Office timing 9 to 6 pm., Monday to Friday.
• Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
