MCM Diversified is actively seeking an Entry- level Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for entering data, reviewing financial statements, and creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets. You will report to the Accounting Manager and be part of a dynamic team with an opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payables accurately following company policy
• Track project expenses
• Process receipts and deposits
• Review customer ledgers for accuracy
• Maintain AR aging reports
• Send billing reminders and contact customers to facilitate payment of balances owed
• Investigate AP/AR related inquiries
• Scan, organize, and file supporting documents
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
