Position Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and analyze weekly and monthly accounts payable metrics and trends.

• Analyze accounts payable technology solutions and implement improvements and efficiencies.

• Act as a liaison between the Accounts Payable and IT departments.

• Provide technical support to the department and resolve issues. Coordinate and perform system testing.

• Conduct, maintain and analyze Accounts Payable operation audits.

• Work collaboratively with management to improve operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Oracle and ImageNow / Perceptive Content experience a plus.

• SQL and Access knowledge preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
