Concord Coach Lines is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the accounting team in its Concord Corporate Office. This is not a remote position and hours worked must be in the Concord office. However, hours/days are flexible for this position and may be discussed, but will require a minimum of 20-24 hours a week. There is the opportunity for this position to become Full-Time in the future.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Processing all weekly accounts payable - gather and organize all invoices and match packing/delivery slips from multiple sources for each company
• Communicating with vendors when necessary to resolve any invoice concerns/discrepancies
• Assigning and posting payable entries into general ledger software
• Maintaining accounts payable vendor information as well as preparing 1099 summaries for year-end filing
• Answering incoming calls to the main business line
• Assisting with administrative and month-end closing tasks as assigned

Candidates to be considered for this position must be proficient in Excel, have solid communication skills, pay strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task.

Associate's degree or equivalent or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay $18-$23/hour, depending on experience.
