Accounts Payable Specialist

What would qualify you for our opportunity?

• 
  Education equivalent to a diploma or 2 year degree in accounting or other business discipline.
• Experience that demonstrates your ability to work through monthly and annual accounting cycles, 2 years minimum preferred.
• Experience working within ERP financial systems with strong technology aptitude.

What will be some of the things you’ll be asked to do?

• 
  Perform a three-way purchase order match and process daily invoice payments.
• Administer the company credit card program.
• Reconcile and process petty cash reimbursements.
• Assist the team with daily processing and monthly closing activities.
• Import and export data between Excel and the ERP system for analysis
