Maintains a complete and systematic set of records for all accounts payable transactions. Enter all accounts payable invoices into the Accounts Payable system both for purchase order invoices as well as direct/cash disbursement and Patient Account refunds. Ensure the accuracy of the invoices being billed to the organization by matching to purchase orders or with Manager/Director approval. Keep an accurate record of vendors with special attention to vendors who are considered taxable for 1099 reporting. Assist with other Accounting functions as necessary, one area assisting in cash posting of patient accounts and misc. cash receipts.

Qualifications

A. EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent.

B. EXPERIENCE: Previous accounts payable experience preferred. Basic accounting knowledge

and computerized A/P processing.
