Hello! I run an engineering consulting business and a real estate investment business. Seeking a part-time admin/personal assistant to help with my workload. The position will be primarily remote (work from home), with occasional travel to my home office or job sites as needed (should be no more than 25% of the time). Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement (to other locations from my home office - does not include commute from your home to my home office).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help with bookkeeping, issuing contracts, process invoices, expense reports, and other clerical tasks
• Screen phone calls
• Monitor Inbox and manage calendar
• Research and screen contractors
• Schedule meetings/showings
• Respond to tenant requests and inquiries
• Monitor rent payments and issue reminders if needed
• Help run personal errands occasionally

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year experience as admin assistant/executive assistant
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook (Inbox/Calendar Management)
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
• Have your own quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish speaker (highly preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior real estate/property management experience
• Prior bookkeeping experience

Schedule:

• 16-25 hours per week (minimum 16 hours/week guaranteed)
• Flexible; Core hours: 9 am to noon, Mon-Thurs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
