A successful candidate will provide direct assistance to the Office Manager, and office employees with daily operations. Duties will include: maintaining compliance with Human Resources, Quality Assurance and all licensure charts. Administrative Assistant will assist with onboarding new employees, answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, audit reimbursement forms, filing medical records, keying weekly billing, and maintaining an Incident Report database. Additional duities may be required. High School Diploma/GED or 2 years experience with Office Management. Administrative Assistant will demonstrate excellent written/oral communication skills, and must be proficient with computer's and general office equipment. WV Cares, CIB, and OIG checks are required, along with current Driver's License, Insurance, and Registration. Linx will provide candidate with all required trainings and ensure ongoing compliances.
