The Part Time Entry-Level Administrative Assistant role will provide support for the Inside Sales Center reporting directly to our Administrative Manager. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn and grow in the workplace. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and can commit to a part-time schedule in the office:


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

  • Data Entry
  • Verifying accuracy of data and working reports
  • Managing multiple shared mailboxes
  • Front desk, maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Office supply replenishing
  • Communicating with all departments in our call center to determine needs
  • Coordinate meetings and help with any projects as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON

  • Must have experience with Outlook and Microsoft Products, reporting, formulas, and data integrity
  • Must be detail oriented
