Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 – 4:30, or 8:00 – 5:00
Description: Coordinates and performs a wide variety of administrative and project support activities. Hands on training and long-term mentoring provided. Perfect for someone who is starting out their career and interested in working in a busy office with long-term growth potential.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Notary Public is a preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word)
Office experience is preferred but not required
Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
- Self-motivated, positive attitude & good work ethic a must have
- Good communication skills, verbal & written
- Should have organization/prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Should have attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Should have the ability to handle multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment
Salary: Dependent on Qualifications & Experience Level
