The administration specialist must be extremely organized and will work to ensure that projects deadlines are tracked to meet deadlines, maintained and met. The specialist will be responsible for working with project managers to maintain monthly scheduled billing activities. The specialist will be responsible for supporting project managers. They will work in conjunction with the accounting for invoicing and certified payroll information.

• Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project
• Prepare and distribute project materials
• Create weekly workflow
• Make phone calls
• Keep the project calendar up to date
• Administrative duties
• Track projects
• Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies
• Document Management
• Engagement with Construction Management Companies
• Working within web based construction programs for city agencies such as eBuilder and eComply
• Coordination with Accounting Department
