Kleen Test Products is in search of an Administrative Support team member on 1st shift at our Sunset facility in Port Washington, WI. In this position you will be the first impression guests will get when entering our company headquarters.

How does an Admin Support team member at KTP spend a typical day?

• Operate a multi- line phone to answer and direct calls. Uses the overhead paging system to forward urgent calls.
• Greet and sign in customers, vendors, and visitors. Welcomes visitors in a pleasant and professional manner. Follow up with notifying current employees of visitor arrival.
• Receive, sort incoming mail for the company and/or location.
• Assists other departments, including Human Resources, Sales, Quality, Payroll with clerical projects such as filing, copying, collating, word processing, and Data Entry.
• Orders office and warehouse supplies
• Arrange catering/delivery for employee, visitor and /or management meetings. Set up or assist with set up upon delivery.
• Maintains security of location by following procedures; monitoring sign-in procedure, and issuing employee ID badges
• Maintain the conference room schedules with meeting reservations.
  

$1,500 Limited Sign-on Bonus!

$500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once milestone has been reached.

Requirements

• Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in clerical, administrative, or reception function or related area.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
• Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.

• Good problem solving skills.

• Above average PC Skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) as well as experience with Microsoft Outlook.

• Knowledge of general accounting software or other timekeeping software preferred
