• Maintain data integrity, support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS
• Provide support for system integrations
• Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting and escalating iCIMS system issues
• Configure system changes, mapping, and workflows
• Create and distribute reports
• Update templates and system form letters
• Work closely with iCIMS vendor to test or request system changes
• Technical systems advisor for all recruiting-related solutions (iCIMS Career Site, iCIMS Text to Apply, iCIMS Job Advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Analyze data for process improvement
• Support and communicate upgrades, and other system changes to recruitment team
• Assist with responding to Help Desk tickets

• 2+ years HRIS/ATS Admin experience
• 2+ years deep understanding of HRIS/ATS configuration
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical topics
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and give recommendations for how to improve
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Critical thinker with high attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• iCIMS Admin Certification
