The Pines Nursing and Rehab is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist with leading our nursing team!

Full-time

Duties:

• Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures
• Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident
• Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents
• Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided
• Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents
• Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license is required
• Minimum of two years Long Term Care experience preferred
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
