Job Description :

We have partnered with a regional right of way valuation company that performs appraisal services for both fee and easement acquisitions. As a local leader in the industry, they are growing and are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join their team.

As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing various projects and preparing respective Appraisers for upcoming hearings and trials. You will update all trackers and firm calendars with pertinent information, prepare proper documents and electronic and physical files for trials/hearings, and communicate efficiently and effectively with relevant team members. In addition, you will also own preparing RFQs/RFPs as needed.

Position Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the Appraisal Trackers in Monday.com and Project Planners for new multi-parcel projects.
  • Update firm calendar with hearing/trial dates, times, and locations.
  • Assist Appraisers in requesting invoices in a timely manner and reviewing invoices for accuracy.
  • Visualize all ongoing work in the company with foresight on what’s to come to enhance collaboration and assist in putting together the right teams for various projects.
  • Schedule and facilitate project kick-off and wrap-up meetings.
  • Prepare hearing/trial documents and organize electronic and physical files well in advance of hearing/trial dates.
  • Prepare RFQs and RFPs as assigned for clients/project bids.
  • Assist in building project KMZs via Google Earth using client surveys and county tax assessor data/sites.
  • Coordinate efforts between administrative staff, analysts, and interns.
  • Communicate early and often with PM team to ensure present a cohesive and unified front for the rest of the company.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with all levels in the company.
  • Display strong organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately and efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload, effectively manage a variety of concurrent and shifting priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Positive attitude; humble; hungry, and team player.
  • Experience in a professional office setting preferred.

This position reports to the Chief People Officer/Managing Directors.

This is an in-office position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
