Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Residence Director in the day to day operations and supervision of an assisted living residence. Coordinates resident care, food service, marketing, and maintenance staff. Functions in multiple roles to include supervising, quality assurance, training and direct resident care as needed.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: training employees, planning, assigning/directing work, appraising performance, rewarding/disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
