Our firm is currently seeking an accountant to join our Client Accounting Services Department!

Job description includes:

• Preparation of compiled financial statements
• Outsourced accounting services for multiple clients - including Quickbooks maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, bill pay
• Preparation of sales tax and tangible tax filings
• Preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Maintenance of client relationships
• Involvement in training new accounting staff and interns

Qualifications include:

• Strong knowledge/understanding of accounting and debits/credits
• Experience in all versions of Quickbooks
• Attention to Detail
• Thoroughness
• Positive attitude that will fit in well with our firm’s culture
• Self-motivated to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
