Active medical board certification required per state requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities*May be required to supervise clinical and clerical staff.

Use order picker machine to go into warehouse aisles to pick and pull inventory for warehouse orders. Must practice safety at all times operating the equipment.

Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity. Fulfill data needs of customers by report creation and escalation

Clerical duties include but are not limited to processing department mail, answering multiline phone system and responding to email and fax inquiries.

Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
