How you will contribute

In the R&D Packaging Digital Team, we strive to operate in a test-and-learn and agile way of working, while cultivating creativity and curiosity. This role will lead our Packaging Digital Data pillar with example projects of DATA (Data as the Asset) and Pantry (Pack Material Data Science Clustering) as well as other initiatives. You will work hand-in-hand within the global packaging network alongside the Digital R&D team, Mondelēz Digital Services (MDS) and external partners in delivering core value to our Packaging community through digital opportunities such as data visualization, data science and more. What you will bring

• Proven experience and/or participation in Data Transformation/Planning teams
• Ability to differentiate problem/red flag escalation
• Data-driven decision making, alongside data visualization & storytelling
• Ability to define data strategy, and support procedures.
• Passionate about all things digital and the value it brings
• Effectiveness working in a matrix organization and part of remote teams
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven experience and/or participation in data transformation/planning teams
• Data-driven decision making, alongside data visualization & storytelling
• Ability to define data strategy and support procedures.
• Proficient in mentoring and leading others in implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Comfortably leads discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Engineering or Digital/Data related field

Job specific requirements:

• Minimum of 8 yrs. Packaging development and/or Digital/Data related experience
• Strong technical foundation and a high level of technical curiosity.

10% travel

On-site role based in East Hanover, NJ.
