Job Description :

The Associate Systems Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of phone systems and telecommunication services that support the CEB lines of business. This will include troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, maintaining components, developing custom reports and tools and system administration. The Associate Systems Analyst will also be responsible for testing, documenting, and supporting current and associated new systems. This position will be involved in various aspects of the system development life cycle including gathering user requirements, planning, development, end-to-end testing, training, implementation, and documentation. The applicant must have the ability to perform tasks independently and /or with minimum guidance.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $62,000-$93,000.

Responsibilities

  • Order, program and troubleshoot desk top, mobile phones and conference phones
  • Administer PBX, voice recorders, Cell phones and Cellular services
  • Coordinate IT related meetings including scheduling, reserving rooms/facilities, setting up conferences, phone bridges as required
  • Provide telecom services to employees, ensuring that each problem is resolved or directed to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Perform administrative support tasks for the department such as scanning documents, answering calls, bill payment processing, presentations and updating Intranet web content.
  • Provide back-up support to other team members as needed
  • Provide maintenance for copiers and printers
  • Update IT equipment renewals
  • Process ticketing information on the IT ticketing system
  • Provide administrative support services, research and other task to the department staff as assigned

Qualifications

Education:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience preferred
  • IT / Telecom support or customer services role is a plus.


Job Skills:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. This IT Services Administrator must be able to travel to various Company locations and external venues for business meetings, setup and other funtions as required.
  • Must be able to work off-hours, when the need arises.
