Automotive Finance Director
Currently accepting applications for well experience, high performing Finance Director for an Automotive / RV Dealership(s). Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years F&I Management experience, five years automotive or RV dealership experience and two years of either Sales Management, GSM, GM or Finance Director experience.

High performing, high volume dealership seeking F&I Director to take F&I Department to next level. Responsibilities include:

Compliance Knowledge and Deployment in Department
F&I Management Training Program Creation and Deployment
Maintain F&I Mgmt team / recruiting / staffing, etc.
Set targets and forecast for departement, hold team accountable
Proficiency in lender relationships, aquiring new lender sources and desking/ rehashing deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
