We are looking for Sales & Finance Executives to join our team. You would report to our Directors of Sales and Finance. The right candidate is a high performing sales and/or finance manager at a current auto dealership. Someone who is a people person, has the ability and passion to sell cars, the determination to overcome objections, and knows financing, has great potential to succeed at our store with our strong lead flow.

Our Sales & Finance Executives handle the full customer journey from initial outreach, selling the car, to financing and presenting a menu.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to and follow up with significant lead volumes per month (300-400+ leads) over call, text, and e-mail, in addition to in person walk ins
• Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
• Use RouteOne to submit credit applications and secure financing for the customer, and remit deal to the financing bank
• Present a menu to customers and sell back-end products

Qualifications:

• Must be a high performing sales and/or finance manager at a current auto dealership
• Must have F&I experience
• Must have knowledge on how to use financing platforms / DMS to submit credit applications to lenders and secure financing for customers
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
• Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required
• Excellent communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
