Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

We are seeking an innovative and resourceful leader to bring strong execution and analytical rigor together with strategic vision and the voice of the customer to enhance key strategic and operational capabilities critical to running the business of technology.

What Will You Do?

  • Facilitate Infrastructure and Cloud Services (ICS) strategic and operational planning, establish and standardize a portfolio of ICS Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results in close partnership with the ICS SLT
  • Leverage data-driven storytelling and various technologies to create meaningful, consumable dashboards and reporting the health of the ICS portfolio based on outcomes delivered and objectives achieved
  • Lead regular ICS operational reviews, directing required inputs, learning/decisions, and actionable outcomes for stakeholders and executive leaders. Develop framework and deliver operating reviews with each Business Unit to ensure timely communication of key information including status, financials, risks, and issues.
  • Partner with organizations across Tech & Ops to ensure alignment on purpose and progress, incorporate business partner priorities into planning and prioritization, and inform stakeholders ICS plans and commitments
  • Evolve role of Business Relationship Managers to transform business unit partnership with ICS by leveraging data, technology, and best practices driving operational efficiencies and improve outcomes
  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and ensure technology portfolio work correlates directly with business value. Active engagement with leadership from business case development through program/ projects delivery and business outcomes. Drive business outcomes by working with business area leaders to influence strategy.
  • Advance governance & control adherence capabilities across ICS by standardizing a scalable framework and operating model for planning, testing, validation, and reporting. Partner with Cybersecurity to develop and execute strategy for policy modernization, advancing our maturity through automation, process optimization and leveraging strategic technologies
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality recurring submissions, reporting and presentations that are easily understood and meaningful for stakeholders, coordinating the compilation of required data/information and performing analysis.
  • Support the ICS SLT in the design and execution of ICS communications, town halls, and other engaging experiences
  • Identify industry trends and emerging issues to develop and implement departmental enterprise best practices, action plans and strategies.
  • Provides human resources management, including coaching, performance management, team development, and workforce planning
  • May have responsibility for other business/operations functions as needed.
  • May include all or the majority but not limited to these components.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • 12+ years work experience preferred, with demonstrated success in leading teams and thorough knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments
  • Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and conflict management skills
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis, leveraging data to proactively identify and mitigate issues/risks, draw conclusions, or develop and communicate program strategies and recommendations
  • Strong skills in executive communication and presentation, including PowerPoint and development of dashboards and reporting
  • Ability to quickly establish relationships with key partners and work well in a highly collaborative environment - comfortable engaging and influencing across levels and organizations
  • Experience driving long term and annual planning and governance with focus on ensuring value-based decision making
  • Strong foundation in lean/agile principles and hybrid project management standards and processes - intake and demand management, planning, prioritization, communications, portfolio management, stakeholder management, capacity management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive outcomes
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational change
  • Management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

What is a Must Have?

  • Nine years work experience required.
  • Three years work experience in business strategy development and/or business transformation.
