Our mission is to be a craft centric coffee shop in the pursuit of greatness – a great blend, a great cup of coffee and a great experience for our customers. Basic Qualifications

-Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

-Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, co-workers and customers

-Have the ability and judgement and willingness to make decisions

-Demonstrate the ability to maintain a positive work environment (through your attitude, leadership and motivation

-Make sure the established policies and operating procedures are being followed

-Able to mentor, coach, or train other employees

-Perform all opening and closing duties

-Maintain a certain dress code established by the business

-Complete other tasks and projects that have been assigned by a supervisor

-Effective communicator

-Cheerful demeanor and friendly attitude

-Passion about serving people

Hard Skills

-Ability to utilize and maintain coffee brewing and espresso machines

-Food Handlers Certificate

-Solid comprehension of health and safety standards

-Ability to educate customers on our different products

-Latte Art
