Follow the Smoke is a farm to table BBQ and catering company located in the Northeast Corner of PA. We are looking for an extremely organized hard working individual. With experience running a bar, dining room, or event. Must be able to travel with a clean license. Must be able to work alone or with a team. Must be able to follow instructions, recipes, menus, etc without flaw.
We are known for serving amazing bbq and more we currently have 35 weddings, 15 festivals, and more booked for 2023 we, have 3 brick snd mortar locations. We need someone who loves serving and loves food as much as we do.

Experience in fast paced environments, off site events, ramp certification, etc a plus but, not required.we are currently hiring servers And bartenders for our simpson location as well as catering.
