Watershed Restaurant is located on the Sawmill River. It's a beautiful spot that draws people in from all over the country. The restaurant has a focus on delicious elegant comfort food, a casual atmosphere and exceptional service. We are seeking a experienced individual who can be a strong team member in the FOH.

As a Bartender you will be serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as food to our guests. We are looking for someone who is experienced in the field of bartending, as well as someone who is friendly, respectful and able to work in a fast paced environment. You will be required to keep a well stocked, clean and organized bar.

Activities & Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining and cleaning bar areas to ensure safe and sanitary food/drink handling practices
• Ensuring that bar is well stocked
• Making drinks according to Watershed's recipes and quality standards
• Assisting other team members as needed in the FOH
• Communicating effectively with all Watershed staff and management
• Opening and closing the bar. Making sure all perishable items are wrapped, labeled, dated and stored properly.
• Assist in keeping records of waste and spillage

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $10.00/hr to $12.00/hr plus tips (based on experience)

Schedule:

Thursday - Friday Evenings

Saturday - Sunday Day & Evenings

Weekday Availability

This individual will need to have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and a willingness to work together with other Watershed employees so all guests have a positive experience.
