Aloha! Kapena's Wood Fired Kitchen in Lahaina is looking for the right individual to join our 'Ohana in the role of Bartender or Bar Manager. Kapena’s Wood Fired Kitchen is dedicated to sharing Eldon Coon's family recipes that made his sailing company, Trilogy, a success with customers for over 50 years. Good food and good times was to be expected when sailing with Captain Eldon and now you can share in this experience and share it with others.

Dedicated to Good Food and Good Times! Kapena is Hawaiian for “Captain” and our history holds true to the loving hospitality that Captain Eldon shared with his guests.
