Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated compassionate professional staff for our 134-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Casa Grande, AZ. We are seeking a billing and collections representative with prior experience in a SNF/LTC facility.

Monitoring Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, Insurance, and other designated payer sources to ensure billing and claims are accurately and timely filled for both Primary and Secondary payers.

Monitor A/R aging, accessing the accounts for further attention by involving the Business Manager and Facility Administrator.

Post and review payments received to patient accounts and working the denials, immediately. Submit appeals, disputes and states complaints if necessary. Conduct monthly collection calls on Private, Patient Liability, and Medicaid Pending cases.

Experience:

• Relevant: 1-2 years (preferred)
• Medical Billing: 1-2 years (required)
• Collections: 2-5 years (required)
• Point-Click-Care experience (preferred)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We offer competitive pay starting at $22 hourly, depending on experience. Full-time employees start accruing Paid Time Off on the date of hire, Holiday Pay after a 90 day probation period and are eligible for Healthcare Benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
