We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in bookkeeping. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for updating and maintaining our company financials using Quickbooks, as well as answering phone calls, while managing incoming and out going mail. The right candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, as well as attention to detail and the ability to efficiently handle a variety of different tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Quickbooks.
• Manage accounts payables.
• Maintain inventory control cards.
• Put together and ship Amazon orders.
• Greet vistors at the front desk.
• Dispute customer deductions.
• Answer incoming phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
