Bookkeeper Position Available

Sunshine Custom Paint & Body Inc. is a family-owned and operated business in Gillette WY.

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to take a significant role in the ongoing operation of Sunshine Custom Paint & Body, in addition to smaller businesses with the same owner. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations working under our existing accountant. The ideal candidate will think analytically, be detail oriented, and be comfortable with QuickBooks as well as Microsoft products. The goal will be to ensure effective and efficient operations of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing business operations
• Reviews and processes invoices including updating the general ledger.
• Balance Accounts
• Accounts payable & receivable transactions
• Customer service in person, over the phone
• Tax Prep
• Payroll & Payroll Taxes
• Data Entry
• Maintains record keeping, filing systems and processes daily mail.
• Facilitate teamwork with coworkers
• Keep the owner updated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: DOE $20-28 Hourly

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00am- 5:00pm

Experience:

• QuickBooks- 2 years minimum
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Previous Bookkeeping experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
