Title: Bookkeeper/Data Entry

Location: Bridgehampton, NY

Compensation: $25 - $30 an hour

Our garden store supplies and sells special products for home and garden, along with a vast variety of above-ground plants that are always available at our 18-acre main property.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Assisting accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements
• Assisting with due invoices for payments
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Key Qualifications include the following:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 2 plus years of Bookkeeping experience
• Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in Sage preferred
• Strong attention to details and excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
