Greet callers and visitors; handle and process incoming calls; and answer questions. Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license. 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Must be *extremely* presentable in person, with strong social/people skills. Must have truck or SUV, and be able to get on ladder and perform roof inspections.

Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, treatment planning and insurance verification along with other front desk

Potential candidates should have experience in AR/AP computer programs, Payroll, and all typical Accounting Department functions.

Answer and log calls from customers, technicians, and management in internal, secure system. Provide education and personalized customer service to answer any
