To support our affiliate, Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc., we are seeking a Business Analyst to provide high-level quality, service and responsiveness to the needs of IMS’ clients. What You’ll Do
You will utilize a combination of analytical and organizational skills to manage and monitor the effectiveness of client programs and analyze outcomes of client tests and projects. You will also be responsible for:

• Working closely with clients to ensure their programs with IMS are functioning effectively and accurately
• Establishing, documenting and monitoring effective quality assurance processes and standards for client programs
• Writing Structured Query Language (SQL) to pull necessary data from the Marketing Database
• Vigilantly searching for opportunities to improve decisions or processes, internally or externally, which will enhance bottom-line profitability or strategic value for IMS’ clients and shareholders
• Collaborating with both internal and external teams to maximize clients’ credit programs effectiveness

We need a team player with professional level communication skills, who has the ability to present data and ideas confidently. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Management, Business or a related discipline and 2+ years’ related business experience. In addition, we are looking for:

• Self-driven, organized individual with a love of learning and team orientated mindset
• 2+ years of business analysis experience
• High level of analysis & problem-solving skills
• An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with querying data, ideally using SQL

We value onsite collaboration so this role requires onsite work in our Monroe office Tuesday - Thursday. There is generally flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. To take advantage of the hybrid work option, you must have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics
