If you are a Business Development Director with IT Services experience, please read on!

We are a growing company within the Managed and Co-Managed Infrastructure technology space, building out our Alliances team! This role is not about prospecting or cold calling, leads come through our Alliance Partners, this is about taking those leads and turning them into business!

This role is fully remote! This is supporting our Alliance Partners' leads, you do not need Alliances experience just strong IT Services Sales experience!

What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with our IT Alliance Partners and sometimes directly with the client, qualify the opportunity, determine decision makers, work internally within our organization to architect the solution and close the deal!

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ years of Sales experience in the IT Services or Managed Service Provider industry
  • Demonstrated experience with a structured sales process and excellent closing skills
  • Strong partnership building skills

We offer you the opportunity to join a growing company with an excellent base salary range of $120K to $150K base DOE and 2X that possibly total comp if on target!

Paid Holidays - 11
PTO - 4.6 hours accrued every two weeks (3 weeks yearly)
Sick Time - 40 hours yearly
Commission Plan - with commission potential total comp of 2X base salary
Retirement Plan - 401k with 0.75% match per 1% contributed
