Agranco Corp. USA is a developer and supplier of feed additive and bioremediation products, manufacturing in the U.S. and exporting to distributors worldwide. Agranco Corp. The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and result-driven salesperson with experience in business development and product-market launches. The Business Development Manager will pioneer the company's growth into the U.S. domestic market - focusing on a few essential products and territories. Initial Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Work with executive management to create a sales strategy for growing our presence in the U.S. market.
  • Sales Leads: Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads based on the strategic direction provided by executive management.
  • Plan Consultations: Schedule and coordinate initial product consultations with onsite technical consultants.

Growth of the Role With the guidance of executive management this role can grow to be charged with developing a sales rep team in the U.S., including:

  • Sales Rep Territories: Create sales rep territories in collaboration with executive management, including a system for tracking territories and managing commission assignments for sales reps.
  • Sales Rep Team: Find, evaluate, select, and train sales representatives with the guidance of executive management.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills – written and oral
  • A minimum of 7 years of business/professional experience in business development or sales and a quick study to learn new products.
  • Expert ability to research, organize information, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong client consultation skills
  • Ability to develop and improve upon organizational processes
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish Preferred but not required.

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
