Must have an active Tennessee Bar license. Must be proficient in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.

Track invoices, receipts for field purchase orders and maintain field purchase order files. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for review (including explanations for variance analysis) and prepares cash flow analysis.

Proficient with Judicial Council Forms, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, MyCase and Odyssey e-File CA. Keep MCLE Credits up to Date.
