MARYJAE®, an inclusive cannabis experience in Austin TX, is growing! We are now hiring a part-time (with opportunity for a full-time) Cannabis Consultant / Retail Sales Associate.

We are looking for a part-time team member who has the capacity to grow with us to a full-time position. You must have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work anytime between 11 am to 7 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. At least one year of work experience in a retail sales environment is required. You will be standing for long periods of time with duties that include cleaning. Additionally, MARYJAE® offers a generous employee discount on all products, and you will also have the opportunity to test and try new products during our research and development phases.

Starting Pay:

• $13.00/ hour (Tips will be included after a 30-day probationary period)
• Average Pay w/ Tips: $15.00 - $23.00/ hour

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
