About Us:
We are an independently owned and operated BBQ restaurant that got our start in La Grange in 2009. Since then, we have opened three more locations (Naperville and Oak Park). We deliver handmade, from scratch BBQ fare inspired by regions throughout the States, from the backwoods of the Carolinas to the meat markets of Texas, to the hole in the walls of Memphis. Our dining rooms are brimming with industrial chic details, great music, and lively conversations. Couple all of that with a staff that is truly dedicated to creating a memorable experience for every client that walks through our doors, and you’ve got a recipe for success. We are looking for cashiers for our retail restaurant.

Responsibilities:
● As a cashier you would work at least 3 shifts a week, 15-25 hours on average
● Our cashiers act as Brand Ambassadors in the Front of House at your location and oversee all client experiences from the point of entry through our door, to finding a table, to ordering at the POS, conversing with our clients, and cleaning tables and stations throughout
● Maintaining our standard of culinary distinction, showcase and employ Legendary Service at our restaurant.
● Monitoring operational excellences in the dining room, within our systems, our staffs, and with our clients.
Requirements
● Worked a retail job before (clothing, salon, coffee shop, you name it!)
● Currently work in a restaurant but want something more out of your experience
