We are hiring a Bartender & Server hybrid position. In this role, you are responsible for preparing cocktails, taking food orders, serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategic Objectives. Bartenders and servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Our residents look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly bartneders and servers!

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $15 / hour.

$500 Sign-on Bonus

This is a day time position with nights off. Includes full benefits, paid holidays, and PTO. We are a non-tip community.

How you will make an impact:

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
